From an early age, Keaton Davis has always been destined for roommate glory. Growing up in Hockessin, Delaware, Keaton showed an uncanny ability to clean up his building blocks when asked by his first roommate – his mother. Although the reward of chocolate chip cookies was tempting, Keaton's true motivation to be the best roommate went beyond mere baked goods.
After many years of training, Keaton's true roommate challenge came when he enrolled at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Assigned a dormitory room with three other students, Keaton would have to triple his roommate efforts while pursuing communications and business majors and working at the university television station.
Keaton's lifetime of preparation finally paid off when he put his roommate gifts to the ultimate test – the Apartments.com Roommate of the Year Contest. Applying the skills he's learning to pursue a career in filmmaking, Keaton created an original song and remarkable video that demonstrated why he's the best roommate in America that earned him FREE Rent for a Year and $10,000 in cold hard cash.
